Rates are valid from January 1, 2022 until October 1 2022.
Children age 5 and younger participate free of charge.
Full rate payment is required at booking to reserve tour date & time.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
While TST tours are not strenuous, Seattle is a very hilly terrain. Any physical limitations should be noted in advance to avoid steep grades.
Comfortable walking shoes should be worn for all tours. There are no clothing requirements other than what you are comfortable in. Please check weather on your tour date and dress accordingly to forecast predications.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of tour start time receive full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of tour start time receive 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of tour start time will not be refunded.
Custom Charter Experiences must be cancelled within 7 days of tour start time to receive refund.
SCHEDULING:
TST reserves the right to make subtle changes to tour itineraries
TST reserves the right to change or cancel a booking in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Should change or cancellation prove necessary, TST will provide reasonable notice of thereof and where available will offer a comparable alternative. If an alternative is not available or acceptable, clients will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid.
If a change or cancellation is required due to force majeure, TST will offer a full refund of any monies paid.
TST is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to the cancellations or rescheduling of any tour departure.
OTHER:
Foreign language interpreters can be added for additional hourly costs. Contact our sales department for pricing regarding the language your need interpreter services for.
TST reserves the right to substitute vehicles and/or drivers should the need arise.
TST can accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and request s. Requests are to be forwarded at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.
Wheelchairs can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
Children’s car seats/booster seats are to be provided by parent or other member of the group. For insurance reasons, TST staff are not expected to install seats in vehicle prior to departure.
Under no circumstances can TST be held responsible for poor weather conditions and the effect of poor weather on the tour experience. With sufficient notice, we can assist in amending a tour itinerary or shifting dates but standard cancellation policy will remain in place.
If tour guests are travelling with luggage, please advise at time of booking approximate number of bags per guest.
