Service Overview

Totally Seattle Tours is a premier private touring company dedicated to showcasing the splendor of the Pacific Northwest and Seattle. With our founder Colin Perceful’s training in Four Seasons Hospitality, expertise and passion for travel and regional charm, we offer unique, experiential tours perfect for a range of participants. While we specialize in small group tours, we can accommodate any visitors to the Pacific Northwest-from solo travelers to large groups. Our tours emphasize authentic cultural engagement and learning of Pacific Northwest culture, promising an extraordinary experience that goes beyond the ordinary with every detail meticulously planned to exceed modern luxury traveler expectations & highlight the beauty of the Puget Sound Region.

Photo and Video Release

You grant Totally Seattle Tours the unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or videos of your participating in our tours for promotional purposes without compensation. All materials collected will become the property of Totally Seattle Tours. If you do not consent to the use of your image or video for promotional purposes, please alert your tour guide or email [email protected] to opt out.

Acceptance of Risk

By participating in Totally Seattle Tours activities, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in such participation, which may include physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, disability, death, or economic loss. Despite these risks, which may result from your own actions or those of others, the condition of the Activity location(s), or other unforeseen factors, you choose to voluntarily participate and assume all associated risks.

Scheduling

  • Totally Seattle reserves the right to make subtle changes to tour itineraries based on such factors as
    weather, traffic, guest preferences or guide preferences.
  • Totally Seattle reserves the right to make changes or cancel a booking in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Should change or cancellation take place, Totally Seattle will provide reasonable notice thereof and where available will offer a comparable alternative. If an alternative is not available or acceptable, tour guests or agents will be entitled to a full refund of any money paid or credit for future services through Totally Seattle.
  • If a change or cancellation is required due to force majeure, Totally Seatle will offer a full refund of any monies paid.
    • Totally Seatle is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any tour departure.

Rates and Pricing

All prices are listed in American Dollars, excluding tax or gratuity unless specified.

  • Rates apply to all passengers, with special rates available for groups of 13 or more upon request as a private luxury charter experience.
  • Valid rates run from June 1, 2024 to January 1, 2026.
  • Full payment is required at booking to secure your tour date and time.
  • To generate luxury charter service quotes (tours and services not in any of our packaged tour services, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required. This $200 will be applied to the final invoice as a discount when services are ultimately booked.
  • Gratuities & Sales Tax – Gratuity and sales tax are NOT included in the rate of the tour unless specifically noted. Gratuities can be added to the cost of a tour ahead of time if desired by the client.

Booking Policy

  • Services can be booked online (totallyseattle.com) on our FareHarbor Reservations Platform, by phone (206.522.5994) or by email ([email protected])
  • Client will receive an invoice via email once services and rates have been agreed to. Client will received a confirmation email of their booked services once payment has been received. Charters/tours are not confirmed until a confirmation is issued. If you do not receive a confirmation from us within 3 days of finalizing your invoice, please contact our office immediately to be sure that we booked your services.

Cancellation Policies

Packaged Private Tour Experiences (Silver & Gold Package tours as well as Full Day Specialty Experiences) & Step-on Guide Services

  • Cancellations outside of 7 days of tour start time incur no charges other than pre- committed expenses
  • Cancellations made inside of 7 days of tour start time incur a 50% cancellation fee plus any pre-committed expenses
  • Cancellations inside of 48 hours of tour start time incur a 100% cancellation fee

Platinum Tour packages and Custom Luxury Charter Experiences

  • Cancellations outside of 14 days of tour start time incur no charges other than pre-committed expenses
  • Cancellations made inside of 7 days of tour start time incur a 50% cancellation fee plus any pre-committed expenses
  • Cancellations inside of 48 hours of tour start time incur a 100% cancellation fee

Banking Details

  • Services booked with Totally Seattle Tours can be paid via invoice sent via TS QuickBooks or mail paper checks to:

  • Any specific payment options that work better for client such as PayPal, Venmo, Wire Transfer, Square or Stripe Payment can be discussed with TS accounting on case by case basis

General Information

  • Please note any physical limitations in advance considering Seattle’s hilly terrain.
  • Comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, hats and sunscreen based on weather forecast are recommended.
  • Luggage – If guests are travelling with luggage, please advise at the time of booking the approximate number of bags per guest
  • Child Seats and Wheelchairs – Available upon request. Sufficient notice must be provided along with the ages of the children. Additional fees may apply. For liability reasons, representatives of Totally Seattle are NOT permitted to install the child seats.
  • Vehicles – Totally Seattle reserves the right to substitute vehicles and/or drivers/guides should the need arise
  • Dietary Requirements – Totally Seattle can cater to a variety of dietary requirements and requests when applicable. Requests must be forwarded at the time of booking to avoid confusion or disappointment.

Holiday Surcharges

Additional fees apply to tours on the following holidays:

  • Christmas Day: $300
  • Christmas Eve: $300
  • Thanksgiving Day: $300
  • New Year’s Eve: $200
  • New Year’s Day: $100
  • Memorial Day: $100
  • Labor Day: $100
  • 4th of July: $100

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. By booking a tour with Totally Seattle Tours, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
